Khella Construction is a general contracting firm based in Levittown. We build custom homes, additions, dormers, kitchens, baths, roofs, siding and commercial fit-outs from the Nassau line to Montauk, and we run the whole job rather than brokering it out to whoever is cheapest that month.
Long Island is not one construction market. It is a North Shore of slope and trees, a South Shore of flood maps and raised foundations, a Nassau of fragmented village jurisdictions, and an East End of review boards and seasonal windows. What works in Levittown is wrong in Montauk. We price and schedule accordingly.
